You need to peel and cut the vegetable into small pieces. After that add the salt and mix it well. Then add some milk or yogurt and mix gently. Only add the onion and it is ready to serve.

SNACKS:

CUCUMBER SHAKE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

a hand of washed spinach
some fresh ginger
1 cucumber
1 apple

INSTRUCTIONS:

Only add all of the ingredients in a blender and mix it well. After that transfer the mixture in a glass and drink it fresh.

DINNER:

Consume fruit of your choice (300 gr)
